
Michael has access to a professionally-equipped studio centered around a Hackintosh running Cubase and Logic Pro. From the studio, he is able to produce orchestral/instrumental mock-ups and realisations of the highest quality with a quick turnaround.
Sounds available to Michael include those from the Vienna Symphonic Library, Cinematic Studio winds, brass and strings, the EastWest Hollywood series, LA Scoring Strings, other EastWest/Quantum Leap products including Stormdrum 2, Rare Instruments, Silk and Pianos, Spectrasonics' Omnisphere, Trilian, Keyscape and Stylus, Soundiron Requiem, Fable Sounds' Broadway Big Band and various odds and sods from ProjectSAM, 8dio, Native Instruments, Steinberg, Orchestral Tools, Soniccouture, Cinesamples and Imperfect Samples.
Michael is an expert Sibelius user, having previously worked for Sibelius Software (and later for Avid) as a software developer. He now works as part of Steinberg's London-based notation team. He lives in Sandy, Bedfordshire with his wife Akiko and their sons Ernie and Ralphie.
